Hey everyone, it's bastardSon099. As some of you might already know from Discord server, where I was complaining about it — I got fired after all. It happened a week ago, and right now, I'm wrapping up some administrative stuff (like returning my work hardware; no more stalker 2 for me (not sad)) and just taking a breather

For the past year, I’ve been working as a level designer on two PC games. Not that I was a bad worker or anything, but the working conditions were seriously demotivating, and after New Year's, I hit complete burnout — productivity dropped critically, and my studio decided it was time for us to part ways. Not important, just wanted to sob

Right now, I have some money, some time, and a little bit of help, so we made some plans and decided that for the next month, we'll focus on WHF and the side project. This was Patreon-only info before, but yeah, we’ve been working on a side project called New Folder. It’s about 75% done, but we put it on hold to focus on WHF

Now, given everything going on, we've decided to finish the side project and release it slightly earlier than 0.2.5. Trage is working on WHF while I finish developing New Folder and release it for Patreon supporters, after which I'll join her. We need to get this done soon, once I've fully settled everything with the job situation, so we can start making something from Patreon (Yeah, I sound greedy, but I hope you understand my situation)

I won’t give any estimates. I'll just say that I have a lot of time now, and hopefully, by the end of this week, once everything with the job is finally settled, I'll be able to use it wisely. So far, I'm already feeling rested
