All powerful energy to be grounded & alchemized through breath, movement, & embodiment to expand my capacity to hold love. I have so much beautiful art that I want to share, and I feel timid about posting too much, or not having a good reason to post.
My loving partner & greatest teacher reminded me the other day as I voiced my concern, that: creating and sharing art is a means of exploring connection with the heart. Through every endeavor, we have the opportunity to listen deeper to the wisdom within and around us. Asking inwardly how love wants to be expressed. And through his reminder I remembered that connecting with my heart is a forever journey & that I can soften and nurture myself with patience and compassion. I am expanding my heart in each moment as I open to receiving and giving more love. I am free to enjoy this process, as every now moment IS the destination. There is no way, shape, or form that we need to be to be worthy of expressing what feels exciting & even what feels uncomfortable. Through our expression we extend others an invitation to connect & share too.
