Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic

Federal law says that Medicaid recipients have the right to choose their healthcare provider. One problem, though–what if a Medicaid recipient chooses to go to Planned Parenthood to get healthcare? In that case, federal law doesn’t really say what it means. Federal law is silly like that sometimes!

Rhiannon's point of continuing to engage - for the sake of history - magnificent. Gave me chills. All of you continue to refresh and revive my dying soul and I am so thankful for your work.

Good morning!" (in a tone of adorably world weary awakening grog) [sips coffee] "Welcome to the real world, Rhiannon!" (in a mockingly aggressive, yet caring and sympathetic tone) That bit made me laugh and cry and despair all at once.

I appreciate how the pod has changed and agree with Rhi that it’s important to keep talking about it even when it feels redundant. Y’all have helped me feel a lot less insane for panicking ❤️

Not a third founding: a third reconstruction. A Socialist Reconstruction ^^[read the book]^^.
