TW: sad, loss of microphones
Yesterday, 28-10-2023 at 21:06 CET, my microphone, a blue yeti blackout edition which I have personally used for 3 years after I bought it from a college student who had used it for 2 years,
died.
This trusty instrument has served a hefty 5 years. I have spend many late nights with her, whispering loving words into her ever-listening ears. Caressing her like you would a lover.
After spending an amazing 3 years together, the bond we had is one that will never be matched...
R.I.P. blue yeti blackout, you will forever be missed in our hearts and ears
(on a serious note though: this does suck. my recording schedule has gotten a major hit because of this, so hopefully I can catch up on the delay asap)
