optimize 2024 (extra strength)

We start the year out with so much passion, so much optimism, so ready to do anything it takes to make this our year. New year, new me, we say. Then sometimes, we go back to our old patterns. It's easier that way, more comfortable one might say.  Change is not always easy. I don't mean that in a negative sense. Just that it takes conscious observation, and consistency over time. It's simply more effort than the automatic patterns we are used to.  But these automatic patterns create the same result. And we want to the new. If you here, I suspect you do. I do. 

Sometimes I notice I heal and then after a while I develop a new pattern, which works for a while, but then not so much. It's easy to create patterns, which can keep us stuck in old places.   This field is not only designed to go through each day, but each moment in time set to pass over this next year. To work within the energetic fields of each day, each place, each conversation, each meal, each activity to optimize them, (within of course the boundaries of free will.) But it will also work to create a new pattern within you to help manifest a new reality. A new pattern that will not be so rigid and inflexible. A new pattern that will adapt as you level up. A new pattern which will allow you to be receptive to the things which you desire. To let go of the past, and all that attaches you to it. This will create a new you, so if you wish to stay the same. Then this field might not be for you.   This will also help you to manifest your goals.

I highly recommend you write them down and look at them each day or as often as you can. You might be amazed at what a profound difference that makes in and of itself. This field will also help you to stick with the actions required to turn your goals into reality.   Finally, it will help you to forgive yourself. We are in away just like plants, it takes time for us to grow and make changes. Who you were yesterday made room for today. Who you become today will impact your tomorrow. Tomorrow is limitless my friends. Limitless possibilities await!
