This will work for all types of volatility trading/day trading. Many aspects of this field should also help you in your personal life. And with long term trading as well.  

Warning: First before anyone goes off the rails, give this some time to work and test it out before you do anything rash. I have seen people take out loans and get very far behind doing day trading. You can make a lot of money, but you can also make a lot of money on a more long-term safer strategies of trading too. So please use caution and don't trade more than you have. Maybe it will take you a little longer but use your extra money and let it grow organically. Or start with paper trading. The less attached you are the more receptive. If you are pulling and tugging at something, desire it very deeply, you are pushing that same thing away on an energetic level.   

So, the first item this is going to help with is patience, and emotional reactivity.   To find your edge, build  a strategy and stick to it.

Easily be able to conduct research.   

Develop a winning strategy, cool and calm under pressure, take losses with ease, bounce back and win!   It also includes money management skills so you will know how to handle the income you receive.   This will help you know what tocks to pick and have the knowledge to back up why that is overtime. 

So it would defiantly also help with a longer term trading strategy and you can also do a little bit of both. It will also work to have your stocks grow so regardless of your stock picks you are making money in the market overall.   The field will go above and beyond to work to make you the best and most profitable day trader you can be. My fields work intuitively because each person is different. This is more specific to day trading than the other field I have on trading. It will work regards of commodity or exchange. Meaning it will from forex to blockchain asset. It will work on options trading, but again use caution start small or start with paper trading.
