automated downward dog/plank (extra strength)
Added 2022-10-12 20:10:15 +0000 UTCThis is designed to be an automated high rep downward dog to plank movement. I also layered in a full vinyasa sequence, and all the variations shown in the video. For an added extra layer, you can picture yourself doing the movements. You build the same neural pathways visualizing yourself doing something that you do while conducting the activity.
You should also feel the effects of static holds, and the relaxation/ energetic movement of flowing through the movements.
Might want to try this out before you loop it. Fair warning to may "feel the burn" but feel free to experiment.
