This field is designed to mimic the effects of boat pose, and therefore help increase your ability in regards to boat pose and beyond.
I designed this to work as an automated isometric version of boat pose as well as a more active boat to low boat workout with high reps.
All of the effects of boat pose have been thought of including caloric burn.
