This is designed to cleanse your entire energetic system.

The first step is to get you deeply grounded and connected to earth. Release excess energy into the Earth. Then it will work to cleanse, flush out anything blocking your energy from flowing freely. It will do this on every level imaginable intuitively. Like your own personal energy healer right at your disposal any time, anywhere. Emotional body, mental body, physical body, spiritual body. Meridians. Etc. Have all been covered. It will work to remove/cleanse anything blocking your kundalini from flowing freely.
