With physical activities the automated practice, includes an automated workout component. This is designed to replicate 2 hours of Krav Maga practice. The idea is to form the same amount of knowledge, skill, muscle memory and myelination of two hours of Krav Maga practice. Being that this is physical skill the automated workout portion of this should help with muscle, balance, speed, strength and other physical development as well.
Once a day is enough. Safe to loop as well, but keep in mind at a certain point you might "feel the burn." I wouldn't recommend looping for longer than an hour.
