Roundscape Adorevia 4.0 Release

We're back with a huge update for Roundscape! I apologize for the delay, but once you see the patchnotes you'll realize why it took us a bit longer. Lots of cool new stuff.

- Game Balance! We've got some feedback that combat is far too easy in Act 2 and 3 of the game, so we've changed that! We've reworked many aspects of combat. Enemies are more deadly and durable. We've also changed many aspects for mage users, making them more viable in combat.
- New Items and Uniques! We've added over 50 new Items, many of which are uniques with their own skins and effects.
- New Augments! We've added several new orbs, glyphs and marks. Especially useful for mages.
- Slinsk Rework! We've reworked the visuals for Slinsk! Making sure it looks like the rainy, mysterious town it's supposed to be.
- Cutscenes! We've added several smaller cutscenes to crucial moments of the mainstory to highlight their importance.
- Ending enhanced! We've enhanced on the game's ending a bit to make it a more fulfilling experience.
- New Perk System! We've reworked the perk system from scratch! Many new cool perks, all connected through a "Skilltree" system.
- New Sidequest! We've added the final sidequest for the thief origin to the game! A really fun one I highly recommend everyone to check out. Includes two new erotic scenes, one for each gender.
- New Encounter! The two demons who bothered Meredith a few times are back! But this time they are not alone and they are looking for you ... Includes two new erotic scenes. One for each gender.
- Reworked! New Art for the scene with the Ice Spirit near Novos! Yay!
- Compass Feature! This cool new feature shows you points of interest, quests and more! It's kinda like a cool minimap.
- Lockpicking! There's a thief origin but no lockpicking? We had to change that!
Invest points in the new perk tree to improve your lockpicking skill. Of course we've added new chests all around adorevia with new and special rewards for those who want to try it. - Keybindings! You're now able to change keybindings in the game's options! Play the way you want!
We hope you enjoy the patch and the new content. Overall we think the new feature make Roundscape a better experience. As always we'll fix serious bugs asap!
And yes, we're gonna squeeze those typos in Act 1 very soon! It's time to rework the early content of the game. :)

just ran into an issue. after i completed the main quest in Novos, i returned to slinsk only to find that the screen fades black and nothing happens. I don't remember this happening in the previous build, so i am lead to believe that i may have broke my game.

2018-11-15 10:15:06 +0000 UTCThe dialogue character pictures are also not updating. Many of them are just using the first one shown and not changing during the dialogue. One example is when you first meet Tishtyra in Ornesse. The entire dialogue shows her picture even when it shows "Clawyn" above it.

2018-11-13 06:50:41 +0000 UTCI started a new playthrough with 4.0, here are a few bugs i've noticed: -When choosing Origins, the Soldier Origin Perk Description has two Descriptions layered over each other -In the castle, there are several Spots where the new Star Marker shows up on empty floor tiles (two tiles right at the entrance, a few tiles between Succubus Room Entrance and the Stairs to the Portal) -The Thing with the non-reducing Perk Points until you close the Perk Screen. Also two Perks on the left side don't have a Description (the Flower and the one below it). And for first time Players you might add some Helptext when you get the first Perk Point, so they don't go fruitlessly looking for a Menu they don't have yet. And maybe add a visual Marker to Perks you can purchase, took me a bit to find my starting point on the Perk Screen, and if i hadn't clicked through all the Perks i wouldn't have known i can purchase Basic Lockpicking. And one Question: What is with the middle Combat Row? Melee Fighters go to the front Row, Mages to the back Row... What's that middle Row for? The Helptext for that one is incredibly unhelpful.

2018-11-13 03:17:30 +0000 UTCHad a bug in the previous version , as male, where alot of events didn't trigger even when they should have or were guaranted. also couldn't interact with some side quest objectives like ruksana's ritual quest and i had a bug where carys/seren's affection reset and wouldn't trigger events or let me interact with them.

2018-11-12 23:51:54 +0000 UTCThere's a bug where I get a black screen when I return to Slinsk and I've completed 2 out of the 3 main quests in Act 1 (Novos, Elf Forest, Orn). Is anyone else having the same issue?
