There's been a problem with the code request form. The requests won't arrive at our server at the moment. We're working on that problem to get it solved today.

Please request keys through the form in the same post where you can download the game as before.

2014-12-03 13:15:43 +0000 UTCI need a key as well, unless it takes a while after the confirmation to send a key. I didn't see anywhere saying how long it would take to receive the key after confirmation.
