2025-04-13 15:34:19 +0000 UTCIn regards to the song with Todd and the Judge, I feel that a majority of it is Todd reminiscing on his wife and resolving in his mind the motivation of what he’s doing- her memory keeps catching on his mind, and making him pause in his ‘hate’ to focus on and drift away slightly in his ‘love’. I’m not too sure on the Judges side, but I feel like he’s a very absent minded old man, who’s never really suffered or had to be wary in his life, so he’s caught up in his humming and relaxation. He’s rich in this society, a lord practically, and never once has he had to be on guard in any situation, so he’s open with his cheer and relaxation. At least, that’s how I grasp it, but who really knows what goes on in the mind of a creepy man like him. They were joking and playing about putting different type of people in the pies- they won’t ever be marketing it as human ahaha, just getting accustomed to the idea they’ve just come up with. Also, LOVE the realisation of the fact that they will, indeed, be using the customers for Mrs Lovettes pies.
