The Art to Entertainment Pipeline

In an age wherein we are begging to be distracted, the powers that be have found how to sophisticate their giant distraction machines and convince us that they are more than what they truly are.

Thank you for your honesty. Of course, we tend not to take offence to things, this is an open forum and we champion honesty and sincerity. Hopefully, we are all able to promote greatness from wherever it emerges. And if we can assist in that any way possible. then we are glad to do so. I'm happy to hear that the video was eye-opening for you and I hope it managed to help you find some solace with your search for answers. We will always continue to do our best to promote these values and hearing responses like this validate exactly what it is we do. Thank you again for your support and your thoughts.

Hello! I just wanted to share my experience with this channel up to this video. I've been following you since the start practically, I've always loved the search for art with true soul, above all else. Your channel has always been a way for me to get closer to these type of art pieces, including videogames, which I'm also passionate about. Sadly, the current state of the world and particularly with the Us led me to a deep paranoia on media that's becoming all-white propaganda. So when I saw your video about the best 100 films and saw The Godfather at the top, with no movies from Mexico when there are so many great ones (I'm Mexican, lol) I got really paranoid, sad and angry about it, ignoring the fact that there are a lot of movies from a lot of different places in the video. So, I guess that with this I'm trying to say sorry for implying that your intentions behind your channel are something that historically is quite the opposite, but also a way for me to speak up on the fact that not even "Los Olvidados" was in the top 100 films (although Güeros by Alonso Ruizpalacios is my favorite Mexican movie of all time). So yeah, I think there are a lot of excellent movies coming from Mexico, but I understand that there are a lot of great movies around the entire world and that you've always recommended pieces that have soul, above all else. This most recent video of yours was so eye-opening for me in a moment in my life where I'm also growing tired of looking for answers and validation in the content I consume, often finding answers and validation, but losing the plot of what the questions should actually be. Thank you for your hard work over the years, I'm in a situation now where I can support the project financially, so here I am. Sorry if you find anything in this message offensive or rude, it was not my intention. Thanks again.

I filled in a questionnaire this morning and there was a dropdown menu for ‘Profession’ and Film was umbrella’d under ‘Entertainment’. Safe to say I retched.
