News Update 8-10-2019

Hello everyone! I have some big news for a couple of things coming up.

The first is, because of the monochromatic shift for the comic, I am going to try my best to just put it out weekly rather than this slow roll I’ve got going on.

The main reason to this is because.. well I have gotten a shit ton of inspiration from.. myself?
Lemme explain:

Basically, up until this point I have had a lot of the main plot of the story figured out, but not much as far as sequencing goes. I honestly was just... pushing forward with only like 1% of the main story figured out.

However, skip ahead to earlier this week when I have finally been stung by the inspiration bee.

Now I have the secquences of the prologue through chapter 5 all sequenced. The thing that makes this a big deal for me is that I’m actually figuring out the overall pacing of my story, and I’m finding with some help that it is going at a pace that I am actually really happy with!

So some new things are happening.

First I’m getting rid of my ‘goals’ and starting fresh. While I do have goals I want to shift from “This amount of money will help me work on this full time” to reader milestones. When I’m honest with myself, I just want to put out a good story. I’m not out to make a ton of money. I wanna focus on the people making it possible.

That also being said, I am making another change (go figure)
Unfortunately I am going to be dropping most of my WiP pieces for now. I don’t want to go back to them. I just wanna focus on Metapha.

But I am still going to be producing random steamy sketches with various alts. Steamy sketches are going to be released in small packs, similarly to the first back in April. Eventually those full packs will be released publicly through gumroad. When that happens it will no longer be available here.

Lastly, because of the focus on Metapha, the Lorekeeper tier is changing slightly to reflect it. I only have 1 Lorekeeper currently, so I will be talking with you on how this change will work. Art is still included but we’ll get together soon.
