Update 11+12

vote for Update 11 ended in three nations draw, so there will be one more vote for those three nations that will be unitl Monday.
In Update 10 will be added
Poland+ - added level 6 (43 divisions), added missing teams (around 200 new teams)
Costa Rica - added 3 levels + cup + super cup
Panama - added 2 levels
Somalia - added 1 level + cup + super cup
Senegal - added 3 levels + cup + league cup + youth leagues (U20 and U18)
This week main work is about Poland+ and level 6, there were some format changes (level 6 is divided between regional leagues and V.Liga which is only in some regions), added are missing teams (around 200) with cities/stadiums etc.
Additionally there are Costa Rica, Panama, Somalia and Senegal. Costa Rica and Panama have classic Central American system with apertura and clausura. From Africa are added Somalia and Senegal, where Somalia is little bit reworked with changing some things little bit so it works better in game.
Voting for Update 11 ended in draw with Finland+, Switzerland+ and Brazil+, there is no way to complete all three in one week, so there will be another vote until Monday. Because of that I don't really know what will be in Update 11. If Finland+ wins, it will go with Norway/Sweden, if Brazil+ wins, it will go with Colombia/Argentina, if Switzerland+ wins, it will depend if it will be until level 6 or 7 and how much time it will all take, so with what other nations it will go is kind of wildcard.
Voting for Update 12 will have South Africa+ (level 3), Croatia+ (level 5), South Korea+ (level 5), Bulgaria+ (full pyramid) and Bolivia+ (added regional leagues).
