Update 83+84

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 84 was won by Spain+ (adding level 7) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 83 will be added Malta+ (adding level 4+ youth leagues), updated Brunei Darussalam, Moldova, Zambia, Zimbabwe, East Asian Cup and Pacific Games.

• Brunei Darussalam - updated system change to autumn/spring, updated rules/finances, added more information to teams that had none

• Moldova - updated format of level 1 from 2025/26, updated rules, added more information to teams that had none

• Zambia - updated rules/finances, updated format of ABSA cup, added more information to teams that had none

• Zimbabwe - now can be started either 2023 or 2024 season, updated rules/finaces, added more information to teams that had none

• East Asian Cup - now played correctly in 2025 (after that every 3 years), 3 best teams play qualify automatically to main stage, added qualification, winner of qualification goes to main stage

• Pacific Games - added format from 2023, added version where all nations from Oceania are playing this cup

• Malta - completely reworked basic version, now all leagues/cups are played on 3-4 stadiums like in reality, thanks to that there is less post-poned matches, added more information to teams that had none

• Malta+ - plus version is based on reworked basic version, additionally added are level 4, lower league cups, youth system (leagues + cup) + things that were missing in database (cities, stadiums, clubs, etc)

Basic version of Malta is all reworked so now it work practically same like in reality, each league is played on 3-4 stadiums, where each match is scheduled to be in certain time and stadium so there is less postponed matches. Fully changed is level 3 where are implamented changes that happened between seasons 2023/24 to 2025/26.
In plus version is added level 4, which is new level that was created in 2024/25 so there are some things I had to do in game to make it work, in 2024/25 it has 10 teams and from 2025/26 it has 12 teams.
Added is youth system which has multiple levels + cup.
Special case in Malta is football from island of Gozo, which has it's own system and in history two teams played in whole Malta system (Gozo FC which is extinct and newly from 2024/25 Victoria Hotspurs F.C.), teams play some of the cups from Malta but there are two ways how I can replicate it in game but that is work for weekend.

Brunei Darussalam changed their system from 2024 to autumn/spring, teams in league play only once each other, Main cup is played after league, updated rules/finances, added more information to teams that had none.

Moldova has very specific where level 1/2 in first phae play each other twice, after that there is division to level 1 championship group, level1/2 promotion group and level 2 relegation group, winner of level promotion group is promoted or stays at the league, rest of the teams + teams from relegation group that were not relegated (or are not reserve teams) play big playoff for the last promotion place. There is a change from 2025/26 where in level 1 teams play each other three times in first phase and in second phase they are starting with 50% of points that they gained in first phase against teams that are in championship group. Apart from changes of format, there are updated rules/finances and added are more informations to all teams.

Zambia has normal league formats with 18 teams in level 1/2 but ABSA cup has very interesting format, best 7 teams after 17 rounds in level 1 are qualified, best 4 teams after 17 rounds in level 2 are qualified + 10 best teams from lower division from each local region, updated are again rules/finances and added are more informations to teams that had none.

League in Zimbabwe is played spring/autumn, newly is added that you can start either 2023 or 2024 season, updated are rules/finances, added are more informations to teams that had none.

East Asian Cup for some reason didn't have qualification rounds + was played in wrong years, newly played in 2025 and after that every 3 years, added are qualification rounds where one winner will go to main stage

Pacific Games has in game format from 2019, now it's updated to format of 2023 (with 12 teams) where New Zealend doesn't play it (they played it only in 2015 and in 2019 with U23 team), there is added second version where all 15 nations from Oceania are playing this cup.

In Update 84 will be added Spain+ with level 7, there will be lots of things created so it will take those two weeks. There will probably will be 83,5 update with some updated things. With Update 84 we will get one day before release of FM26, plan is still after release do daily updates, daily voting for at least two weeks, I want to give too some benefits to long time supporters or higher tier supporters that you can send me direct message with nation you would prefer to be on top of the list for FM26, I'm always starting with small or medium sized nations for example Andorra, Armenia, San Marino, Luxembourg, Laos, Turkmenistan, etc. You can start sending me messeges now and I will start to write it down.

This time voting will be about something different, with addition of women's football I'm curious if you are interested in adding woman's football leagues the same way like I'm creating man's systems with youth leagues etc. I will probably make at least Czech Republic and neighboring countries.
