Update 68+69

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 68 was won by Japan (completing fix of adult levels) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 67 will be added Ecuador+ (added level 3 + youth leagues), updated Algeria, Angola, Lebanon and updated rules for nations that will enter EU (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia)

• Ecuador+ - added level 3 (22 regional leagues) with their formats, added missing teams/stadiums/cities, added kits to teams that had none, updated U19 league

• Algeria - updated finances/rules, added kits to teams that had none

• Angola - updated finances/rules, added kits to teams that had none, added version for 24.0.0 database

• Lebanon - added level 3, updated rules/finances, added kits to teams that had none in levels 1-3

• Updated rules for nations that will enter EU - after enetering EU, limits on foreign players will change to limit of non-EU players

Ecuador has 22 regional leauges, some of them have easy format (just league), some have more complicated formats, this time it's done little bit differently because in most cases it's last level, so leagues are more flexible with number of teams, that means that there shouldn't be lots of cases when team will be put into wrong regional league. Number of teams from each regional league in national playoff stage is different in 2023 and from 2024, added are missing things (cities/stadiums/kits etc), added is history to regional leagues. Added is National U19 league, there are some regional youth leagues that I'm still looking into so there is high probability that they will be added.

Algeria is completely updated, added are new foreigner player rules, which change from 3 in 2023/24 to 5 in 2024/25 to 4 from 2025/26, there are talks that it should go back to 3 from 2026/27 but it's still just rumors, finances are changed little bit according to newest information. I wanted to make level 3 playable but there was lots of missing things, but it will be possible to make it in plus version, which will be in voting.

In Angola are updated rules and finances, some teams didn't have kits so they are added, added is newly version for 24.0.0, level 2 is simplified, because normally there is multiple regional leagues which are not in database.

Lebanon is little bit complicated, they had a war there and big inflantion which little bit influenced football (mostly schedules), another thing is naming of teams and cities, because they can be written in english multiple ways (for example Al Irshad Club Chehim is same as Al Irshad Club Shheem) and it's full of things like that, so it took me lot of time to find the correct club/city. Newly is added level 3, lots of teams have added kits (level 2 and 3 had lots of blue/white combination teams), reworked are youth leagues and updated are finances and rules.

Updated are rules for nations that will enter EU, for Serbia changes are already made but I totally forgot that other nations are configured to enter EU, so now Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia have updated foreign limits so it goes with EU legislation, which doesn't allow limits for players/people from EU. (that's why UEFA is using homegrown players)

For Update 69 will be done Japan (completing fixing adult levels), like always there will be corrected teams in leagues, corrected cities from which they are based, added kits and added stadiums for teams (even though they mostly don't have "their" stadium, but in game if they have nothing they will build one for like 3 millions of euro and because they are amateur teams they are in debt like for 20 years, which makes those teams unplayable) and added most of the history to leagues/cups, with Japan I want to update Senegal and Ghana.

I was nicely asked if can be added level 6 to Finland, because there is team FC Santa Claus, so I'm putting it into voting with that there will be added level 6 and expanded youth system. Another thing I was nicely ask if there is a possibility to make is make in Brazil fantasy serie E/F because clubs in some state leagues play only 4-6 matches in a year which is boring for some people so making fantasy level 5-6 would add more matches for teams. Both of those things are in voting so I can see if there is even interest in those things. With both of them there will be last second placed Colombia (adding level 4) and Algeria+ (adding level 3+youth system).

Voting for Update 68 will have Colombia (adding level 4) , Algeria+ (adding level 3+youth leagues), FInland+ (adding level 6) and Brazil+ (adding fantasy Serie E/F)
