Update 45+46

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 45 was won by Northern Island so it will be done for this update.

In Update 44 will be added Djibouti, Hungary+ and Suriname+.

• Djibouti - added 1st level + cup and super cup, added additional information to all teams

• Suriname+ - added new 1st level competition + super cup (was missing in db), added 2 levels + cup/super cup, added missing teams, added youth leagues

• Hungary+ - added 4th level, added all missing competitions in 4th level, added regional cups (played by teams from 4th level down), added partial history to newly added competitions, added missing teams/cities (with stadiums, kits etc), reworked youth leagues (this change affects basic version too) and many more

There was little change, Antigua and Barbuda was moved for next update because it will take more time to make and Hungary has lots of new stuff added so I made Djibouti instead (which is not that complicate like Antigua and Barbuda).

Hungary+ has lots of new things added, the official website has so much information and it's so easy to find things there that it's super fun to work on it. Regional cups were little bit more complicated to make because of how in FM are done local regions (very simplified), so I had to go one by one searching the city and adding correct cup for each club. Reworked are youth leagues in both versions, in plus version there are added more levels. I had little bit troubles with teams from Csepel, where it's kind of complicated with who is the real successor of the historical club Csepel which won 4 times Hungarian league, it has some political infighting but according the information I read (thanks to translator) Csepel TC (owned by some politician) should be the successor and Csepel UFC is municipal team.

Suriname+ have added newly created Major League, which is first professional league in Suriname, it is mostly financed by FIFA but according to information it's not really professional because some players still have another job, so again it's kind of complicated there.

For Update 45 will be done Northern Ireland, Antigua and Barbuda and Benin.

For voting to Update 46 will go Israel, Portugal+, Russia and Canada+.
