Update 41+42

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 41 was won by England so it will be done for this update.

In Update 40 will be Burundi, Eswatini and Wales.

• Burundi - added 1st level + cup and super cup, added kits for teams that had none

• Eswatini - added 1st level + cup, added kits for teams that had none

• Wales - added new format for 1st level that is planned from 2026/27, added correct format for 1st level if nation has 3 continental seeds, added correct format for Welsh Cup (added qualification rounds with correct seedings), added possibility that welsh clubs from England will play in Nathaniel MG Cup, changed Nathaniel MG Cup so all teams from 1st/2nd level play it from 2026/27, added FAW Trophy (cup for teams from 3rd level down), added 3th/4th level, added reserve leagues

I'm still in middle of changing the welsh database, the new format of first level has 16 teams divided into 3 groups and after that there is euro playoff for the last european seeding with all teams from championship group (that don't qualified the europe) + best team from the second group, this is kind of complicated because this system will work well only if Wales have 3-6 continental seeds, if they have 7 places it's stop making sense, so I have to change some things to so it makes more sense. There is additional regional playoff between 14th and winner of playoff between 2nd placed teams in 2nd level.
For some weird reason there is no league cup in database for the third level south part (even though the north cup is there), I will have it there somehow (either plus version or if there will be some extinct competition). I still need to check the cups for level 4, I know there are some but I'm not sure if all of them are in database.
There are reserve leagues in Wales and they are in database but for some reason they are not playable in game, so that's another thing that is added.
I'm contiuning my work on the czech plus version which is nearing completion, I'm reworking all the pyramid and now I'm on level 8 which has 78 leagues and needs the most rework and it's taking forever. But all of the missing teams from level 8 are added, youth pyramid is reworked, youth international cups are reworked, so only everything around level 8 is missing to be done. There are added more additional information like some teams got new rich owners, some teams are in financial troubles etc, all of that I'm trying to get in the database somehow. Release will be either next week or in two weeks, all will depend on how the testing will go.

In update 41 will be added England and some other nations that still needs to be done (I guess it will be something from North America because lately it were nations from Africa a lot). In lower leagues in England I always have problems with youth teams not playing any leagues, so that's something I want to look at, another thing is that I'm not big fan of the financial rules so I will make version without it so you can spend how much you want but in general I find England pyramid kind of boring so if you have any idea for another version comment below (for example reserve teams in pyramid?).

For voting 42 will go Hungary+ (adding 4th level), Israel, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
