Update 37+38

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 38 was won France so it will be done for this update.

In Update 37 will be Bulgaria, Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Rwanda and Seychelles.

• Bulgaria - added 3rd level, added new format of 1st level (which is played in 2024/25), changed youth leagues so teams have automatically team there when they reach certain level, checking if the information about 1/2 level + cups is correct

• Guadeloupe - added 2 levels + main cup, Coupe de France (Guadeloupe), added changes of formats in 1/2 level betweem season 2023/24 and 2024/25, added kits to teams that had none

• Mayotte - added 2 levels + Coupe de France (Mayotte), added lots of additional inforamtion to all teams (cities, kits, stadiums)

• Rwanda - added 1 level + cup, super cup, added kits to teams that had none

• Seychelles - added 2 levels + cup, super cup, added kits to teams that had none

The plan was to make Reunion but because how badly both Reunion and Mayotte are in database I had to change plans a little bit. If I will have some spare time I will make for the update Mayotte+ version where will be added missing cups and stadiums.
Additionally I was working on the Czech Republic+ version where I wrote all clubs that I will create (40% is already created).
In Bulgaria for now is added only 3rd level because 4th has more then 40 divisions and first I need to fix the level 1-3 so adding the next levels would be faster.
In update 38 will be France, added will be 5th level, changes of formats in all leagues, the new TV deal in Ligue 1 (which gives team a much less money), I plan to put Bordeaux automatically after first season to 4th level (and give them financial problems), reworking Coupe de France so it works better with all the additional territories (Tahiti, Mayotte, Reunion , etc) and adding another level of youth league.

For voting to Update 39 will go Slovakia+, Ecuador+ (both second placed in last voting), Bolivia+ and Northern Ireland.
