in this update is added French Guyana (+ edited Coupe de France in France db), Gibraltar, Turkey and added Oceania to World Cup U17.
French Guyana - added 2 levels, main cup + Coupe de France qualification, added point deductions for teams, added kits for teams that had none
Gibraltar - corrected rules/information about whole system, added U18 league
Turkey - added 4 and 5 level, added changes in formats in whole pyramid (for example Super League starts with 20 teams in 2023/24, in 2024/25 it has 19 teams and from 2025/26 it has 18 teams), added format change for Turkish Cup (from 2024/25 it has group stage, winner of cup and best 4 from Super League start at the group stage, group stage has 6 teams in each group but teams play only 3 matches in total), reworked youth system (level 3 now has 6 groups, if team don't have U19 team in playable league then when they reach level 3 with adult team they will get automatically team in this league)
World Cup U17 - added Oceania U16 Championship, it is played from 2024 every year with the newest format added. (teams are used U18 but the rules are for U16)
Turkish Super League has rules around players and finances hardcoded so I let it be like that because it looks like it works correctly, everything else is desribed in text files.
