Update 34+35

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 35 was won by Greece so it will be done for this update.

In Update 34 will be Portugal+ and Zanzibar.

• Portugal+ - added level 6, added lots fo regional cups/super cups, in some regions they have multiple regional cups, in some regions there are played U23 leagues,

• Zanzibar - added 1 level + 2 cups (one is main and one is winter cup with international invited teams)

The Portugal has really interesting things in their pyramid and I'm trying to put the most of there, firstly I planned to do level 7 too but I don't think there will be enough time because region Azores is little bit more complicated. After the Australia and Indonesia I was super tired because both nations were complicated in some of the formats, so I rested Monday and Tuesday so I have more energy for next weeks , because my plan is to finish all nations until Christmas (at least that is my plan).

I plan to release the big Czech database somewhere in November (I don't really know exact date), so that's gonna happen.
I saw some databases for season 24/25 and I checked them and it wasn't done properly, it just creates duplicates because they don't skip the season 23/24 (you can see it here on images https://i.imgur.com/lLTJRHC.png and https://i.imgur.com/nsghzED.png) . The correct way you can see in last Update in Myanmar where version 24-25 (which is in the name at the end) skips the season 23/24 and everything starts in 24/25 (teams might play just some friendlies in 23/24). The only problem is that the game doesn't take the data from season 23/24 and because of that Continental cup seedings are random (The way how it's done with competitions that are played spring/autumn) doesn't work because editor resets the values to zero), I have few ideas how to fix it but I don't think it will work correctly until I will have every nation from the continent (for example all european nations) to skipping a year.
There will be voting which will be open to any tier where you will be able to choose if you want me to start working on databases 24-25 as soon as possible or after every nation is done or you don't have interest in those kind of databases. In my opinion best would be start doing after all nations are done but I will adapt to your wishes.

For Update 35 will be done Greece, Palestina (so Asia is fully done) and some nations from Africa/North America that are still not done.

For Update 36 voting will go Turkey, Bulgaria, Wales and Slovakia+ .
