Update 33+34

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 34 was won by Portugal+ so it will be done for this update.

In Update 33 will be Australia, Indonesia and updated Myanmar.

• Myanmar - completely reworked, in Myanmar they changed league system from spring/autumn to autumn/spring, added new version of MLN Cup, added two youth leagues (U20, U17) and added new player rules

• Australia - this was kind of complicated from the start because A-League is played autumn/spring but rest of the competitions are spring/autumn. I first created it like that but it didn't work well so I changed it that everything is autumn/spring (and it's easier to make promotion/relegation between 1/2 level). Added is 2-4 level, some leagues had wrong levels so there was some moving, 2nd level is National Premier Leagues (which has 8 regional leagues) and Football Northern Territory (which has 2 leagues), lower leagues have only National Premier Leagues.
  There is one version where promotion/relegation work like in reality, so between some leagues there is no moving, There are changes in player rules that will go in effect in 2026 (some already in 2025 and some regions have already some of the changes), I read each regional FA regulations so until 2026 it is based on that, from 2026 every league has same rules (2nd level).
  Some of the leagues have very special playoffs which I made and there will be explained in text file like always (because they can be confusing)
  There should be in A-League from 2024 13 teams(there should be another team in future from Canberra) but the problem is that the team is not in database so if there will be enough time I would make some "smaller" plus version with adding this team and creating youth leagues for the 2nd level teams.

• Indonesia - added 3 level, added format 2024/25 for level 2 (and added format for 2025/26 where only number of teams is known), added format 2024/25 for level 3 (and added format for 2025/26 where only number of teams is known), deleted Indonesia Cup (last time played in season 2018/19 and it doesn't look like it will return any time soon), reworked youth leagues, updated player rules and finances

I have to say that Indonesia has really special formats for their leagues, it was really fun to make it go in Liga 3 from 80 teams to 18 teams. There is lots of minimalistic things like which team should go to which group so it was fun to make.
Australia has interesting formats and lots of avaible information (even towards the future) so in a way it's easier to make but because how some things were in database it make it harder (because I had to change it so it's easier to work with it).
For Update 34 will be Portugal+, there will be lots of things added (regional cups, correct teams in Portugal cup, added history for the cups and 6th level) so probably with it will go some nation(s) from Africa (there wasn't anything from Africa for some time now).
I'm working on World Cup U17 and I already have South American Championship U17 so I might put it to Update 33 as a bonus because I'm not sure when it will be finished (so it might go part by part)
For voting to Update 35 will go Wales, Greece, Bulgaria and Bolivia+.
