Update 31+32

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 32 it looks like will be won by Portugal (if nothing changes) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 31 will be Germany, Micronesia, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu, Wallis & Futuna and updated OFC Champions league for all nations.

• Germany - added is 4th and 5th level + regional cups and adding correct qualification to German Cup, I'm thinking about adding 3rd level of youth league which would be made so when you reach certain level you would get automatically team in that level, right now promotion to youth league level 2 is on chance only (which is not very high) and so I think adding this would be more player friendly

• Micronesia - added is first level, in Micronesia is kind of complicated right now because in 2023 they created new Football Assocciation and they plan to join AFC or OFC, right now there was only played futsal tournament so it has to be based on older years

• Solomon Islands - added first level, here it is little bit special, league don't have relegation and teams registred for league to multiple years, if they don't get licence for some reason other teams can replace them, right now teams are set for seasons 2023-2025, in game to somehow simulate, it it's done that game will take average results from those 3 years and worst 2 teams in year 3 are relegated (so no relegation in 2023 and 2024 but in 2025 2 relegation spots for worst 2 teams in those 3 seasons)

• Tonga - added first level, changed kits for teams, added some more information to some teams

• Vanuatu - kind of complicated, it has 8 leagues (each island has their own league), winner of each league plays champions league, added are some cups for Port Vila league

• Wallis & Futuna - this nation is the most problematic one because there is no official football there (there was one cup in 2023 and before that in 2015), in database there are only 3 teams. I decided to make it a plus version and add some of the teams that in past played the tournaments where each island will have their own mini-league with winners qualifying to OFC Champions league for all nations

• OFC Champions league for all nations - updated are finances where I think it was too low

Information about the leagues and clubs in the Oceania nations is super bad, most of the nations work on amateur level only so I understand that they don't need some strict rules because nobody expects that foreigners will swarm the leagues. With this all nations in Oceania should be playable with additional OFC Champions league databases (real format or the one with all nations)

For Update 32 it looks like it will be Portugal or Australia, I can say that if it's gonna be Australia it will go with Indonesia because those two nations are the last one from Asia, with Portugal will go some nations from Africa/North America. Right now there are not made only the big nations or the small nations so voting will be about the big nations and I will choose some of the smaller nations. With this I can use some of the time for preparing things for FM25. For voting to Update 33 will go Australia (or Portugal), Bolivia+, Ecuador+ and Bulgaria.

The last thing on Sunday or Monday I will make pack where there will be last updates from Updates 0-30 so you don't have to download it one by one, always gonna be used the last updates so if you will want for some reason some older version you will have to download that specific update.
