Update 30+31

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 31 it looks like will be won by Germany (if nothing changes) so it will be done for this update.

In Update 30 will be Poland+, New Caledonia, Tahiti and Samoa.

• New Caledonia - added first level + cup, based on sesaon 2023 because the 2024 was abandoned because of civil unrest, added kits to teams that had none

• Tahiti - added two levels + cup, there are changes in leagues between season 2023/24 and 2024/25 which are implemented, added kits to teams that had none

• Samoa - added first level, there is no cup on Samoa, added kits to teams that had none

• Poland+ - this is taking practically all my time, added 5th level (IV.Liga) which has 17 groups, added are more than 100 clubs, each team has added city, stadium (with geographical location and most even with dimensions of the playground and capacity), to all teams added kits and facilities (based on things from photos, so if they don't have youth teams they will not have good youth facilities etc) and for some teams rivalries. Every team from first level to unplayable league has automatically generated reserve team so if they are climbing in pyramid there will have chance to have reserve team in playable league. There are some changes in polish lower leagues from 2024/25 which are implemented.

There are lots of more changes in the Poland+, I found good informations so each team isn't done in one minute so it's really time consuming but the result looks really good. Because of that I had to move Vanuatu to Update 31, one reason is the Poland+ which is very big and time consuming and the other reason is that Vanuatu has multiple leagues which are top league and only one of the leauges is kind of done well, rest is just name of the team and that's it, so I want to look for teams and have it look more complete.

For Update 31 will be Germany and rest of the Oceania (Vanuatu, Micronesia, Solomon Islands, Tonga and Wallis & Futuna). To voting for Update 32 will go Australia, Portugal, Greece and Ecuador+.
