Update 28+29

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 28 was won by CAF Rework so it will be added in this update. Second was Iraq so it will be added in Update 29.

In Update 28 there will be Aruba, Cape Verde, Cape Verde+, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Sint Maarten, Sweden, St.Kitts and Nevis and CAF Rework.

• Aruba - added first level, it has kind of interesting format with multiple stages, added lower division cup, edited kits for teams that had none

• Cape Verde - added first level (it has 11 regional leagues), added history to regional leagues, added U18 league, added simplified version of FA Cup

• Cape Verde+ - added missing clubs/cities/stadiums, added regional cups, regional super cups and their history, added correct format of FA Cup, added Super Cup

• Cayman Islands - added first level + cup, edited kits for teams that had none

• Dominica - added first level + cup, edited kits for teams that had none

• Sint Maarten - added first level + cup, edited kits for teams that had none

• Sweden - added 5 level, reworked U19 leagues, added one more U19 league (here are automatically created U19 teams for teams that haven none in playable league), playable are both 2023 and 2024 season, changed teams in U21 league from reserve teams to U21 teams

• St.Kitts and Nevis - added two levels + cup and super cup, first division has interesting format with multiple stages where final is played on two wins, edited kits for teams that had none

• CAF Rework - it will have 3 main cup (like in Europe) + Super Cup and Youth League (it will work like UEFA Youth League), it will be played by all African nations, there will be again picture like in case of AFC rework with qualification key for each competition and in which place teams start and with how many continental places

Sweden is another possibility for plus version with addition of 6 level because there is lots of teams in lower leagues and I think there will not be lots of things missing. Cape Verde was kind of problematic because the continental seeding wasn't working so I had to rework it to diffrent format but everything at least works.

For Update 29 there will be Iraq and India, Maldives, East Timor and update for Japan (I played it and I did some balancing, editing some teams with no kits and adding one more level of U18 league). For voting we will go this time to Oceania with choosing two nations at the same time, it will be Micronesia/Tonga, Tahiti/Samoa, New Caledonia/Vanuatu and Kiribati/Papua New Guiena.

For Update 30 will probably be Poland+ with some smaller things because it will need lots of work but I kind of like idea of having extended versions of Czech Republic neighboring countries. Of course there will still be the Czech Republic+ (D8) updated which I have so many things I want to change and I want it to be the culmination of my five years of work (yeah I started creating it five years ago), I know there will be complete rework of youth system (to be more realistic and at the same time with less load on performance so simulation is little bit faster). Another thing that might happen is CONCACAF Rework because some of you like the reworks. And because I heard some rumors that pre-game editor will not be avaible on release date of FM25 then there will be more time for more plus versions and more nations for FM24.
