Update 27+28

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 27 was won by Romania so it will be added in this update. Second was Sweden so it will be added in Update 28.

In Update 27 will be added Chad, Eritrea, Libya, Madagascar, Togo and Romania.

• Chad - added first level + main cup, added kits for teams that had none

• Eritrea - kind of complicated nation, in 2024 was played only small tournament, league was last time played in 2018/19 and national team did not played World Cup qualifications because of fear of players running away (which was happening a lot). So everything is based on older data

• Libya - added two levels + main cup, added youth league, added kits for teams that had none, added nations that are not seen as foreigners. Libya has some specific rules that cannot be replicated in editor so I had to little bit improvise, like always rules are described in text file

• Madagascar - added first level + main cup, added Inhabitants range to all cities, added locar region to all cities, added missing history

• Togo - added 2 levels, added main cup + super cup, from extinct competition added Independece Cup, added Academy league, added kits for teams that had none, added some additional information for some teams (stadium, city, founding year, etc)

• Romania - added will be fourth level + I will check the rules and finances in each league with avaible information

There should be added Cape Verde too but I push it to Update 28 because I'm planning to make plus version of it, it has very interesting format and there are missing some cups which I think will make the experience even better. African nations in general have lack of information about anything, lots of teams don't have even any kind of social media so it's really hard to dig any kind of information which was kind of problem in some nations.

I'm looking into India but the promotion/relegation between I-League 2 and I-League 3 is kind of complicated (teams from season 2023/24 in I-League 3 are promoted to I-League 2 and should play it the same year 2023/24 which kind of complicate things) so I need to run first some test if it's possible to replicate it or if there is need to be simplification so this might be for Update 29. Another nations that are in state of planning are Australia, Poland+ and Greece.

For Update 28 we will have Sweden, Cape Verde and Cape Verde+ (which is actually first plus version for nation from Africa), Aruba, Cayman Islands, Dominica, St Kitts & Nevis and Sint Maarten. For voting will go Bolivia+, Ecuador+, Iraq and CAF Rework (something in the style of AFC rework so making it more like in Europe, 3 competitions + CAF youth league, with more money and more teams)
