Update 26+27

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 26 was won by Pakistan/Srí Lanka so it will be added in this update. Second was Chad/Madagascar so it will be added in Update 27.

In Update 26 will be added Denmark+, Norway, Pakistan, Srí Lanka and last update for Czech Republic.

• Denmark+ - added level 7, added missing teams/cities/stadiums, added 2 more levels of U19 league

• Norway - unlocked 4 level and made playable, added 5 level, start possible either in 2023 season or 2024 season, changed youth leagues so when teams reach certain level they will automatically get U19 team into playable league

• Pakistan - it's kind of chaotic in Pakistan football, normal league was played last time in 2019, there was district championship in 2023. There is still fights in Pakistan FA and there are no information about "normal" league, there are talks about franchise league which should compete with other Pakistan franchise league (PFL) wthich is unsanctioned league and ambassador of league is Michael Owen. I will create something from information that is avaible.

• Srí Lanka - league last time played in 2022, right now there is some reorganization of competitions so the database will be based more on older data

• Czech Republic - added some stuff around finances that were missing (from 2024/25 season), added club history for all teams in 3 level, renamed all competitions so they are same as in 2024/25 (Fortuna Liga is now Chance Liga, ČFL/MSFL, is now 3.Liga ČFL, Divize are now 4.Liga), ČFL is expanded from season 2024/25 to 34 teams, added more Czechoslovakian history, some more fixes in case of stadiums/cities

For Update 27 there will be Chad, Madagascar, Cape Verde Islands, Eritrea, Togo and Libya. To voting will go Sweden, Romania, Iraq and Suriname. Update 27 will be kind of specialized on Africa. I'm slowly starting to concentrate on preparing the databases for the FM25 so lots of them could be playable in a first or second week after release of the game.
