Hello everyone,

in this update is added Congo, Cook Islands, China, Nicaragua+ and USA with promotions and USA with "european" format.

Congo - added first level + cup, added kits for some teams
Cook Islands - added first level + cup, added kits for some teams
China - there are two versions, one is with foreigner players salary cap and one is without it, the database is based on my chinese db for FM23 (where I had season 2023 done), added third level (season 2023 16 teams, from season 2024 20 teams, teams in second stage play matches only with teams that were in other group in first stage, U21 league winner and runner-up are qualify every year to this level), added correct formats of Chinese FA Cup (the one in 2023 and the new one in 2024), reworked youth leagues (U19), added correct format for U21 league
Nicaragua+ - added missing cities/stadiums/clubs, added youth leagues, reworked finances and player rules for each league based on newest informations
USA with promotion/relegation - works same as the normal database with additional promtoion/relegation between leagues, in MLS drafts might work little bit less good because it wasn't made to work with promotion/relegation
USA "european" format - reworked from zero to be it more like english pyramid, it has five levels, U23 league, U23 international cup and U18 league, information about money and rules are in text files

China in base is really bad, it has lots of wrong things which some of them has to be just lack of interest, I plan to make China+ version because I really enjoy creating the version for FM23. With Nicaragua+ the Central America should be now playable with more realism and without missing things.
