Update 24+25

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 24 was won by Singapore so it will be added in this update. Second was Congo so it will be added in Update 25.

In Update 24 will be added Singapore, Ukraine, USA and Uzbekistan.

• Singapore - created two databases, one without promotion/relegaiton between 1/2 level (like in reality) and one with promotion/relegation. Created complete pyramid of Singapore (4 levels), added lower league cups, added youth leagues

• Ukraine - added 3/4 level, added correct teams to 4 level, added/corrected change of format of level 2/3 from season 2024/25, added lower league cup, added 2 level of youth league, corrected player rules/finances of leagues, added kits for teams that had none

• Uzbekistan - there are two databases, one follow format of season 2023 and one follow format of 2024, corrected player rules, formats of competitions, finances between the seasons

• USA - added 2/3 level (USL, USL One, MLS Next Pro, NISA), added youth league (MLS Next), added correct formats of leagues

For USA I plan to make multiple versions, with promotion/relegation system, with more "european" rules (without the salary cap, draft etc) and I'm thinking about 30 teams MLS with "custom team". I didn't expect to have so much trouble to find official regulations for leagues, leagues have nice websites but no documentation and the one I found is mostly years old. For that reason I have puzzle pieces and I have to complete it so it makes sense.
Uzbekistan was another funny one because I remember that they had good documentation but they updated their website and there are no documents/articles anymore, I kind of was lucky that some of it was archived so I could put it together.
Ukraine is kind of chaotic one because of the situation there, teams are quiting leagues left and right, lack of finances and the broadcasting deal situation, so I had to look little bit to future and predict how some things will look.

I planned for Update 24 to do Nicaragua+ but the other nations took a much more time than I expected so now it's 50/50 chance that it will be there, if not in Update 24 then it will be in Update 25. So in Update 25 will be USA (the additional versions), Nicaragua+ (if not in Update 24), Congo, Cook Islands and winner of voting where will be Norway, Romania, China and French Guiana.
