Update 23+24

Hello everyone,

I made a little mistake because there is already El Salvador+ version so I took the third placed Costa Rica and made the plus version for Update 23 which is still in the same region.

Vote for Update 23 was won by South Africa (kind of surprising), second placed Ukraine will be added in Update 24.

So in Update 23 will be Costa Rica+, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritius and South Africa.

• Costa Rica+ - partially reworked the basic version, in plus version added all missing teams in third level, added Torneo Copa de Costa Rica, added Recopa de Costa Rica, added youth leagues, added missing cities/stadiums, added correct ownership to stadiums, added correct pitch type to some stadiums, added geographical locations to every stadium, added kits to teams that had none, added history to third level and cups and reworked finances and player rules according to season 2024/25

• Kyrgyzstan - completely reworked, changed format of second level playoff according to season 2024, added correct teams to second level according to season 2024, changed format of Kyrgyzstan Cup according to season 2024, added Kyrgyzstan National League Cup (for teams from second level), added Kyrgyzstan National League Super Cup (for winner of National League Cup and Second level), reworked reserve league and reserve cup, reworked U19 league, corrected player rules and finances according to documentation for season 2024, added nations that are not seen as foreigner

• Mauritius - added 2 levels + cups, added player rules and finances

• South Africa - added will be 3 level with checking the rest if everything is how it should be (player rules, prize money, tv money, fixtures etc.), problem with the 3 level is that the clubs are in 80-85% cases empty (just name without cities, stadiums, kits) so of course I will try to fix it accoring to avaible information

I understand that this update doesn't have the most interesting nations for lots of people but for each nation there was lots of official documentation and in case of Costa Rica there was good information in general, so I used it to reworked it all to be it more precise. I had lots of frustration with the editor because of the player rules, there was lack of some rules so I had to do some workarounds.

I planned to make Uzbekistan but there are changes in format in season 2024 that were caused by lots of teams not getting licence so there will have to be two databases, one which will follow format of 2023 and one which will follow the 2024.

For Update 24 there will be Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Nicaragua+ (to complete Central America), I have USA and Ecuador in works so one of them should be there. This time in voting will be Samoa, Singapore, Grenada and Congo.
