Update 18+19

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 18 was won by Finland so it will be added in this update. Second was Cup so it will be added in Update 19.

So newly added are Jordan, Puerto Rico, Honduras+, additionally Hondruas was updated all in general so there is new "clean" version and in Austria were reworked Youth Leagues.

• Jordan - added first two levels, corrected teams in second level,  added version 2023 of Shield cup and from 2024 is current version, super cup is played in first season in before season and from 2024/25 in January like it is planned

• Puerto Rico - there is only one league in Puerto Rico which is added, added Youth league with the correct format

• Honduras+ - lots of changes, there was lots of missing cities/stadiums, added kits to teams that have none, added missing teams, added some missing history, reworked finances and player rules according to new information, added new rules that will be from 2024/25

• Austria - I had lots of problems with creating the third level of youth pyramid because of how structured is Austria in editor, the problem is that the person that is doing the database for the game, I guess doesn't really know how it works between editor and game and does things that cause troubles, it's like mixing apples, bananas and oranges when you need just one of those things because all together it doesn't work properly or not work at all. So I had to recreate the youth leagues four times until I made it work, now there is promotion/relegation between Academy League (1th level) and Regional Leagues2 level, added is Regional leagues 3 level and there is promotion/relegation between them. It is not really based on reality because some regions don't even have 3rd level of U18 leagues but when team reaches 4th level or 3rd level they should get automatically U18 into the league. Added are reserve leagues that are for teams in 4th level, in this level are reserve leagues only in four regions (Lower Austria, Tyrol, Burgenland and Vienna), teams that play in 4th level in those leagues should get reserve team into those leagues (if their reserve team plays in normal pyramid then they will not get that team into those leagues)

• Finland - it's gonna be only for the 24.3.0 because the newly created second level league is not in default database, I still don't know how deep I will go and there might be even plus version, it will all depend how many problems there will be.

For Updtate 19 there will be added Cuba (which ended second in voting, kind of surprised that South Korea+ wasn't second), there will be update for Czech Republic D4 (added additional things that I didn't have enough time to do), Malaysia 3rd level finally starts and there information so that will probably be added, I want to do something because last time from Africa was in Update 12 and I'm thinking Gabon, Congo/Liberia. In the voting I will put plus versions of Bolivia, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Chile. And of course I will be working on Spain so it's ready for Update 20 max 21.

The last thing I changed the column of 24.4.0 (because there is no update like that in game) to plus version because the empty space was bothering me, so now I hope the informations are even more clear.
