Update 16

in this update is added Republic of Ireland, Czech Republic and CONCACAF Youth League.
CONCACAF Youth League - added is in Central American fix, it has 64 teams which are divided into 16 groups, number of qualified teams from each nation is in text file
Republic of Ireland - added are 3-5 levels, added promotion/relegation between 2nd and 3rd level, added regional youth + youth cup, added Intermediate Cup
Czech Republic - complete rework, corrected and fixed are many things (I hope I found everything), it has additional databases with missing cities, stadiums, with Czechoslovakian history, Media, Finances and more.
I will try add new things to additional databases every month so it can become smaller but more flexible version from the D8 version.

If you plan to play only with teams in first 4 divisions it's better to use D4 because the simulation and loading is faster
