Update 14+15

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 14 was won by Vietnam so it will be added in this update. The second placed Montenegro+ will be added in Update 15.

So in Update 14 will be added Bonaire, Malaysia, Oman, Serbia and Vietnam.

Bonaire - it has only one league but with interesting format where there is multiple stages. Format of cup is interesting too because it is played only by teams that don't qualify to Top4
Malaysia - complete rework to the new format (from May to February), reworked are cups and U23,U20 and U18 leagues, corrected prize money and player rules
Oman - added first two levels (which are actually whole pyramid for now in Oman), added main cup and league cup, added U20 and U18 leagues
Serbia - added the third level, corrected TV money and some player rules
Vietnam - added will be three levels, it might have plus version with youth leagues and adding missing stuff
For Update 15 I have two things that are in very advanced stage, one of it is Czech Republic "clean" version with additional databases and other is Brazil Serie D with correct qualification from state championships. Both of the databases still hase some work that needs to be done and I'm not sure which I will pick to finish but one of the will be in Update 15. If it's gonna be Brazil then I will want to do it with Argentina so whole South America is finished. With Czech Republic I would go with something from Europe (Ireland, Denmark, Finland). Certain is that Montenegro+ will be there. So comment below what you want more if "clean" Czech Republic or Brazil, it will help me to choose what make first.
