Update 10+11

Hello everyone,

vote for Update 10 won Peru, so it will be added in that Update. Ethiopia and Martinique as second and third placed will be added in Update 11.

So in Update 10 there will be Latvia, New Zealand, Guinea, Peru and Uruguay+

• New Zealand - My plan was make at least three levels but then I look at the database and there were teams in wrong divisions, missing leagues etc. So in the end there are only two levels done according to season 2024. When I finally had everything done, I found out that continental cup qualification didn't work correctly, I knew where was problem but the game just didn't listen to anything I configured. So in the end I reworked the first level from scratch in diffrent way and it started working (thank god). So when you will use it, that's why it's different.

• Latvia - added are second and third level, everything is according to season 2024. I changed kits for all teams that have the "blue/white" combination according to information I found. Originally my plan was to make for this update Latvia+ verison but because of the problems with New Zealand it has to be done for next update

• Uruguay+ - this is really big, if you don't know what OFI (Organización de Fútbol del Interior) leagues are then I will try to explain a little bit. In past it was association of leagues outside of capital city (Montevideo) later there were changes and teams outside of Montevideo play normally in AUF (Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol) leagues but the OFI remained. The leagues are outside of FIFA, so they have their own World Cup, Champions League, Youth World Cup and many more competitions. It is like if in your country local leagues would create their own assocciation and created their own versions of Champions League and World Cup. If it spark any interest than I recommend reading more information about it (but all info is in spanish). So in this update there will be these regional leagues with their simplified version of Champions League (because it's just so complicated), added in each regional league is the league history (some have more than 100 years)

So for Update 11 there will be Latvia+, Ethiopia, Martinique, maybe Oceanian Champions League fix (because in game the format is wrong), I think about Cyprus and Malta. Spain is work in progress, I'm working on "clean" Czech Republic that will be only for 4th level and will have additional databases with history, missing cities and stadiums (so no more 15 minutes loading times that everyone love so much) but that's more Update 13 or 14.
