2026-02-16 03:31:15 +0000 UTCoh no β€οΈβπ©Ή it's really easy to blame yourself for "not noticing sooner" or what-have-you when a pet dies from illness (not like i'm speaking from experience or anything... π₯²) and the guilt just adds to the grief... take all the time you need; algorithms are punishing, but everyone who's here on patreon chose to be.

Im sure your pet knew they were loved. Hold on to that. Hold on to the good, even though its hard. Take the time that you need and take care of yourself as best as you can. We will be here when youre feeling better π

While there's no off-switch, of course, please do not feel the pressure from us; your patrons (if I may speak on behalf) would not want to see you suffer, nor work when you're unable, nor to push through the pain of a loss simply because you feel you need to produce. Take time. Heal up. We'll be here.

The end is sad and difficult, but there was so much good leading up to that, and that's what matters most. β€ Take care of yourself, and try not to be too hard on yourself. β€
