It is now available for download, and it's compatible with NomaiVR. Make sure you're running the latest versions of NomaiVR, New Horizons, and The Vision for everything to run smoothly. And avoid having other big mods installed at the same time (like mods that modify the main solar system, or multiplayer mods).
As usual, use the Outer Wilds Mod Manager to install these.
