How am I doing?

I just wanted to drop a quick line and find out what you all think about what I'm doing on this site?
I know I don't reach out very often outside of the picture posts and rewards, mostly because I'm generally pretty busy and running around and finding time to do the posts is challenging enough. But I also have a hard time thinking about what to post if it's not a picture. Is there anything you guys would want to interact with (ie polls, etc.)?
In the past I've looked at the exit surveys to try and gauge how to improve this place but they're anonymous and not very descriptive. The few that give a reason like "Not active enough" or "I didn't get what he said he was giving" bother me because they come after the fact and without any attempt to contact me directly. Those who have commented or messaged me with problems I made every effort to fix whatever was wrong or provide whatever they were asking of me. There aren't many, really very few, but if something's wrong the only way to fix it is to bring it up.
So, if you have any ideas, critiques, criticisms I'd really, really like to hear them. I sincerely appreciate the input. My feelings can't be hurt and I take them all as a way to make this place better for you guys, my patrons.

Thanks! The reward for length of time is something I really want to do. Like you said, I tried it a while ago and I really liked it. It's my fault that I'm not keeping up on it (some patrons have since crossed that plateau and I just haven't had time to dig in and identify and reward them yet) because I'm just really busy keeping up with all the stories. But I'm seriously trying to figure it out, as well as other rewards for the various lengths of times for being a patron. Stay tuned.

I would be great if there would be some sort of bonus system for higher tiers to get some of your older stories. I think you did that some months ago with one of your stories (but I didn't qualify for it back then). It would surely be an extra incentive for higher tiers and to stay with you for a longer time...
