Update 0.6
Added 2024-09-17 01:23:29 +0000 UTCOnce again, thank you so much for your patience! Had a lot of problems with this one as I'm trying to clean up the game a little to make it easier to update in the future. This update features the following:
-One new starting class and questline, unlocked by dying with at least three kills on you.
-Dreams and nightmares, little snippets into the future or past of creatures you encounter, and whose fate may be shaped by your actions...
-New items
-Scp 682 (you can access her by delivering the feragon and asking Vael for a second job)
-A new code that was requested by one of you. "stats" will immediately grant +10 of every main stat.
-bug fixes
I will release a little follow-up to this one in a couple of days, with some more dreams and nightmares, as well as a new set of images for... successful fertilization.

It is a very fair suggestion, while I don't think the dream chance is a problem (as, to be fair, they are mostly cute "easter eggs" rather than a full on scene), I agree Nyxa can become hard to manage when you have to make sure you have enough remaining contracts to complete her line... I did have a couple of activities in mind that I was going to implement with a later update, but perhaps it is a priority indeed. I was going to release a small patch today with some minor content and fixes, I will make sure to include an option to just skip the day as well... though perhaps it will be a bit limited at first. Again, dreams are something that are supposed to be lucky finds, so the intention was not to have them become a "must" every time... Later on, I was planning to implement time limits to complete certain contracts before Lauren kicks your ass for slacking off, once that is done I'll have no problem allowing the player to skip as many days as they want.

You see, having no other way to sleep besides finishing contracts or reading in the library was not a problem before, as all interactions happened within the contracts, but with the addition of Nyxa, a character who requires us to sleep in order to see her content, not having a "rest" option in order to skip the day and go directly to sleep has become problem, even more so now that we also have dreams and nightmares, and sometimes the % chance just doesn't trigger before you can finish all contracts, ending the gameplay and forcing a restart to hopefully get those lucky encounters. Please consider. My kindest regards, the player.
