Hello Darlings!

This week I have been working very hard on an educational video for YouTube in which I describe Aphantasia (the inability to visualize things in your mind) and how it relates to hypnosis. In that audio I mention a file in which someone with aphantasia can enjoy, and this is that complimentary audio! I plan on adding sound effects to make it even more immersive, and I will create a YouTube video so that there is something to watch for people who like to keep their eyes open.

The wonderful thing about creating a file that is aphantasia friendly, is that it won't take away from those who can visualize very well. I just don't dive into "visualize this" or "See <blank> in your mind now"...but if you are good at visualizing, you don't lose any part of that with the audio. I Really do love learning about the human mind, and making things that can suit the most people (and sometimes things that suit smaller groups...because who doesn't love a good girl/boy/enby file) 🤭💖

Summary: A simple confusing induction followed by an exciting journey in which I guide you in flight. You discover a new relationship between you and the air around you. You can choose to participate in my descriptions to make the effects even stronger, or you can just listen happily and enjoy the ride. In the end there are several affirmations, and I leave you with a feeling of lightness you can carry with you, even when the world feels a little heavy sometimes.
