Separately, the dress and the makeup are nice (although the "we've already seen it once in past season" argument was dumb), but the more I look at it, the less I find the whole look cohesive or understand the story. Most of all, her guest clearly struggled with this choice of shoes (the editing is nice, they barely show their legs, but it's visible when they do), she could hardly walk. Maybe that explains why, as you pointed out, they barely performed on the stage. I remember Misty was put in bottom for that, in the previous season. So yeah, idk if it deserved a bottom (where Piche definitely belonged to) but not a top.
