SCHEDULE & NEWS
RADIATION SAFEGUARD is scheduled for release on Tuesday.
Each and every type of radiation affects the cells, whether you associate it with sunlight, X-rays or just Wi-Fi and cell phones. Of course, the higher the frequency of radiation (ionizing), the more drastic its impact - have gamma rays, for example, where short-term exposure is enough to kill and mutate living cells.
The slower the frequency (non-ionizing), the less penetrating it is, and therefore the slower its effect on the body, for example, microwaves or Wi-Fi routers. Nevertheless, even though short-term exposure has little effect on cells, it's still a factor that affects them; it just takes a little longer while to have a significant impact. But, who lives in a Faraday bag, doesn't have a Wi-Fi router in their room, or doesn't keep a cell phone in a bag near their ball sack? Cast the first stone.
Since our bodies are constantly exposed to high levels of radiation from countless slow waves (such as those from phones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.), our cells are under just as constant stress, which eventually leads to the formation of free radicals that can damage cellular components such as DNA, proteins, and lipids, causing oxidative stress, inflammation and cellular aging. Moreover, because EMFs negatively affect calcium ion channels in cell membranes, prolonged exposure is a threat to both athletes and pickup artists: these channels play a key role in muscle contraction and hormonal and neurotransmitter signaling, among others.
Conclusion? While we're enthusiasts of modern technology, let's not forget that it's a double-edged sword. If you're experiencing anxiety, tiredness or dealing with chronic stress and endocrine disruption or wondering why you've hit a plateau in sports, why don't you consider leaving your Wi-Fi router and phone in the other room, and quit watching how corn pop in the microwave? No, it does not sound preposterous.
As a final step, program your body for cellular resilience.

I mean technique I used is taoistic " milion dolar point" where you hard press in perineum area to stop ejaculation but I think I damaged Pundendal nerv that belongs to PNS and sends sensitivity signals

2024-12-21 16:57:05 +0000 UTCThank you very much for your answer. I already using these. Recently I have realized that I as young have used some pressure technique for stopping ejaculation. I was young and dumb and I have use it like 10 years. I don't use it since one year. And I thought I may damage Pundendal nerv that's PNS because this nerv is responsible for sensitivity and to sending signals to brain because of physical arousal, so I think this is problem. If so, what should I use to heal these nerves. Neuroregeneration or IB-500 audio?

2024-12-21 16:51:59 +0000 UTCThe most versatile combination is Male Enhancement Frequency with Be a Sex Machine and Dopamine Detox. This will act on the three fundamentals: physical, mental, and chemical. If the condition isn't related to injury and inflammation, you have your choice. If you have hormonal imbalances, add Post Cycle Therapy. If you have no contradictions, consider supplementing with Tongkat Ali, Gingko Biloba and Vitamin B6.

2024-12-03 14:06:48 +0000 UTCIt's always research-wise to test glucose, insulin, lipid profile, and liver panel. Also, whenever you test the thyroid, remember about T3 and T4 (TSH alone is not enough). Nevertheless, it's best to start with the basics, such as running a food map and dietotherapy. First of all, it's common to feel sleepy after breakfast with carbohydrates, regardless of their GI, and in the vast majority of cases, it's just related to genetic predisposition and gut microbiome. For most, the most optimal breakfast contains fats and proteins and is low in carbohydrates. No more than 500 kcal. Eat within 45 minutes of waking up. Start here. Additionally: - reduce the number of tryptophan-rich foods at breakfast and make sure they are low-processed - eat no later than 2.5 hours before bedtime (set aside spicy foods at this time) and avoid drinking water 1 hour before bedtime - run a food diary noting how you feel after eating a certain set of foods for breakfast and dinner - follow with a small dose of simple sugars 90 minutes after the breakfast Hiatal hernia may be cross-reacting as it's known to cause morning sleepiness. However, it's necessary to be diagnosed by a doctor who has full access to your medical records and will connect the dots. Continue listening to Brainiac to work on your gut microbiome and incorporate Insulin Sensitivity (2019, 1x daily) into your stack. Don't use GHI and GG before you find the root cause, as they will mask the symptoms, making it harder to draw conclusions from the food diary. If there are no contraindications (e.g. medications you are taking), consider supplementing 200mg of Berberine in the evening and a lactobacillus acidophilus in the morning. Observe your reactions and keep the diary. That's all I can tell you without in-depth analysis and access to medical records, but I'm sure you'll make good use of it.

2024-11-30 15:07:48 +0000 UTCHey Bn, which program would you recommend for intense fatigue/sleepiness ( on my first meal of the day it's always narcosis like after eating carbs even if it's a relatively low to average glycemic load but weirdly on the next meals i am fine ) which i think comes from improper handling of insulin/glucose by the organism? I tried keto for a week some months ago and it seemed that the sleepiness was starting to go away a bit, but i stopped it because i feared it will mess with my gym gains among other reasons. I don't think my lifestyle would cause insulin resistance as i am relatively active ( mostly doing weightlifing ), eat relatively healthy, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol/caffeine and also my sugar levels on blood tests throughout the years were always fine as were all the other general metrics. I had also been tested for thyroid a couple of years ago and it didn't show something out of balance, and also the TSH levels on my last blood test were fine as well. Now i did have some chronic stomach problems in the past like especially acid reflux and heartburn after i had eaten something nasty and spicy and especially at night ( would wake up at 2-3 after midnight vomiting ) but those have subsided throughout the years and especially after having used brainiac for almost two months now ( still using it ) i noticed that they are almost completely gone now or sometimes there are signs that they will start troubling me but they don't go all the way and eventually stop. I should also mention here that when i was like around 15yo i had done gastroscopy and it turned out i had a condition called hiatal hernia for which i had taken a medication for some time and things got better but i don't know what has happened with that ( am 30 now ), though when i had a check at an otorhinolaryngologist some months ago he told me that i have intense regression on pharynx and larynx. The chronic fatigue/sleepiness though remains and i am starting to get desperate especially when i reflect on how it has affected my life throughout the years because i have this condition a long time as well. Some people tell me that it's because of big portions of food and that it is natural and some other people told me that it has psychological roots as i have many psychological struggles but for this much sleeping/fatigue i think there is something wrong going on. I haven't done an insulin curve blood test or redone a gastroscopy and am starting to think that i should. I was thinking Growth Hormone Injection might be the best program for this after having read it's description or Genetically Gifted as a second option or maybe even both. Currently on a Brainiac, TB-500, Radiation Safeguard stack but i plan to replace Radiation Safeguard after i have listened it for three weeks, and i also try to keep the stack on 3-5 programs max because i fear if i put more they might not work, otherwise i would max out the 5vs3 rule with like 7-8 programs. Sorry for the long comment but i tried to include as much information that could be useful as possible. I would greatly appreciate any insight on this matter. Thanks again for all your work !!!

2024-11-28 19:05:56 +0000 UTCNone of them will interfere with PCOS and cause adverse effects. The only exception is GHI, which should be used cautiously, best with berberine, unless your friend is on medications that would cross-react. For PCOS and akin conditions, I've developed Hormonal Homeostasis: patreon.com/posts/hormonal-healing-89669618 Before arranging a stack, tell your friend to familiarize herself with the listening guide (section 1): patreon.com/posts/94649734 then prioritize goals and use only as many compositions as necessary.
