The vote is split into two stages. After the 1st stage, which will continue until the 19th of March, 5 titles with the highest number of votes will pass to the 2nd stage.
During the 2nd stage, you'll have an opportunity to vote once again on one of the five remaining titles. The production that gathers the most votes in the 2nd stage will be released in April.
