Hey BN! Thanks a lot for getting back to me, I found the topic really interesting and did some vague research on it myself, but now I see that it's not really necessary to stick to strict training schedules since it could "hack" our circadian rhythm, as you mentioned. Thanks again :)

About IGFBP-3 - it's a more complex matter as excess muscle IGFBP-3 prevents IGF-1 from binding to its receptor and is counterproductive in terms of muscle growth. This, however, is a detail for another discussion. As you mentioned, the above is dictated by circadian rhythm. Therefore, "inducing the evening training-like state" would be possible by disrupting the circadian rhythm, while this is not something we should strive for. In general, just using performance enhancers before a morning training session, having a long enough warm-up, and taking a fair amount of stimulants will make even a morning session very effective, and there's no need to be worried about your hypertrophy potential. So don't bother with it. Still, more research is needed on this topic, especially considering many more variables. There's too little data to conclude that everyone should, under every circumstance, exercise in the evening.

I've been reading about circadian rhythms and how they affect our overall health. Among the information, I read that, based on studies, researchers have found a strong relationship between training in the evening (6pm) and hypertrophy because it is associated with increased some markers of hypertrophy potential, with elevated IGFBP-3, decreased cortisol and more favorable myogenic cellular environment, also, our muscle strength will be at its highest peak, we will be harder to get injured and it is the time of day when we are most awake. Most studies find that strength is at a low point in the morning and gradually rises until it rises in the afternoon. Now if you come into the development of my question, will there be a way to match these effects with some composition? I suppose that with binaural beats the body can be programmed to enter this phase outside of the recommended time, but I am speaking from ignorance. Greetings!

There isnt very much so a "reverse-aging" effect as much as the "anti-aging/slowed aging" effect. Though its a neat production, I doubt it will have as great effects as you hope for. If aging slower is that important to you, doing the things I mentioned earlier will definently show effects close to what the hypothetical production would. Therefore, a production like "Masculine Beauty" would be the better option, since it can be combined with the natural ways to increase sirtuins. :)

Nevertheless, this is of little importance concerning morphic fields. Listening comfort is fundamental. So, despite slightly decreasing the effectiveness of subliminal messaging, wear them this way when needed. Prolactin Inhibitor and Be a Sex Machine are the best alternatives to Cabergoline.

Can I listen to them with flipped headphone sides? The ones I have in particular have a bad design for laying down unless I flip them. (The volume slider is sensitive and any rubbing on a pillow increases or decreases volume by alot). Another question is what production is better for post sexual activity? Is cabergoline still the best? Or does the testicular optimization outweigh caber's benefits?

Staying on top of our game longer without burning out too quickly. When we're still young we tend to think in the short term: we want to be as muscular as possible NOW, as ripped as possible NOW. Not thinking about the sustainability of it in the future. The more we age the more prone we become to disease, especially in this era where toxins are rampant and living a sedentary unhealthy lifestyle has become the norm. The more we age the less able our body is to adapt to external stimuli because it works less efficient and has less resources.
