Yes. Anyhow, listening beforehand (or just throughout the day) will also do the job. Let's say that other compositions will be more helpful in this discipline unless you play Blitz Chess. Muscle Memory builder focuses primarily on body movement. Mastery might be helpful, but Strategist will be better for that purpose. Still, it's a non-stimulant, so in some people, e.g., NZT-48, Ritalin, or Adderall will be more efficient in treating ADHD. Also, as I mentioned in the description, I'm working on a more specific product for that purpose.

What's your first time experience with this audio? I'll start in the afternoon after I had an interview with a new potential employee. I don't wan't to risk being "robot"-ish like on Moda or Adderall, while gaining a lot of focus and anayltic thinking, at the cost of emotions and sociability.
