My words, broski!!!! Both receptors are essential, similar to androgen receptors If they not sensitize or at Its maximum expression (Genes), our body doesn't use HGH and IGF-1 optimally, therefore, we can't get the most out of It.

Maybe It could be combined with IGF receptor (in the future), which is highly overlooked. Could be a nice concept GH receptor and IGF receptor - increased density and responsiveness, GHR / IGFR expression (some safety nets concerning IGF receptors), more GH secretion and conversion into IGF-1.
