Yesterday was a pretty tough day for me. As some of you know, the new year party is the only time I neglect my training routine, diet, and drink alcohol in the entire year. This kind of brain reset is what I recommend to everyone, including (especially!) professional sportspeople. Alcohol is one of the most appropriate brain chemistry-altering compounds for that purpose. Unfortunately, this year, I failed following my anti-hangover protocol (I didn't drink enough fluids and drank clean rum only), which resulted in a decent headache the following day, despite taking BPC-157 and NAC. It took me much longer than usual to recover. However, the party was great. I hope that you've also had a decent time!
