The pelvic floor comprises thick skeletal muscles (Coccygeus, Iliococcygeus, Pubococcygeus, Puborectalis) known as the group of pelvic floor muscles. They're one of the most often untrained muscles, although they're essential for women's and men's health and sexual satisfaction. In both sexes, pelvic floor muscles hold the organs in place, stabilize the spine, and control the bowels or bladder. Moreover, the muscles will contract (tighten) during an orgasm. Their weakness can lead to, e.g., premature ejaculation in men, the inability to reach an orgasm in women, or maintaining urinary. They're also essential muscles, determining the stability and strength in multi-joint exercises such as deadlifts or squats.
- PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES - is the composition of comprehensive binaural beats designed to strengthen kegel muscles and induce an automated workout-like effect of Kegels, directly affecting their development, firmly improving their strength and general condition.
