Changes should become significant relatively quickly, but if somebody used to have high-pitched voice, then I can't promise that it will become bass-deep in 2-3 months. The mentioned "corpse voice" may be trained by most of men (and this production should help with that), but having this kind of voice naturally will be strictly dependent upon genetic predispositions.
